Out-Patient (OPD) Registration
From registration to receiving your UHID card, our team ensures a smooth and comfortable OPD experience for every patient.

Visit Registration Counter / Kiosk

Provide basic details (Name, Age, Contact, ID proof if needed).

Receive your UHID/OPD Card.
04.
Proceed to the concerned clinic/doctor.
Day-Care Admission
- Show the doctor’s advice/order at the Registration Desk.
- Complete Day-Care registration.
- Staff will guide you regarding consent, procedure timing, and discharge.
In-Patient (IPD) Admission
- Admission is done on the advice of the treating doctor.
- Choose room category (General/Semi-Private/Private) as available.
- Submit required documents and complete consent forms.
- You will be shifted to the allotted room/ward and oriented by staff.
Emergency Patients
- Immediate medical care is provided first.
- Minimal details are taken during initial registration.
- Full registration is completed after the patient is stable.
- Staff will inform family members of the next steps.
